Cheap, 1 light ceiling nipple. I bought these early on in a basement reno that were replacing some nickel finish dual-light units with broken glass. "1 light socket only?! What a rip. They put out sufficient light, but it looks awkward and uneven. So here's what I did...
... I took apart the broken nickel finish, dual socket units and drilled a hole into the bronze ones that was large enough to accept the 'clip' that snaps the second light socket into place. Result!
