Extremely Disappointed !
Looks heavy duty but valve failed after 18 months and found the internal was extremely
lightweight and non replaceable. Very disappointed with the quality of the taps which look
on the outside to be of a high quality.

Excellent build tub filler
Was not aware of the One brand, but happy I purchased this. Well built and excellent finish. The chrome finish matches perfectly with my Kohler bath fixtures in shower and sinks. The waterfall design is very elegant and price was much better than Kohler and Delta.

Our bathroom looks fantastic
We refinished our 1999 bathroom and replace the builder vinyl and garden tub. We refinished it with marble and a free standing tub. My only complaint is the wand is fixed upright when attached. Water will run straight down. Would be nice if it pivoted.

Very Sleak but very messy
This tub filler is beautiful and you can fill your tub quickly however...water never drains completely from the waterfall leaving water spots, the waterfall itself isn't sealed so it leaks, and the handheld sprayer handle drips down the hose onto the base again leaving water spots. Purchased in 2019. I still think it's lovely.
