Description

Best little birdfeeder
As soon as I set this out it didn't take long to get visitors. We now have cardinals, grosbeaks, chickadees and many more coming to feed. I also love the easy fill top. Great purhase!!

Looks nice but birds don't use it
Easy to fill with push button for opening the top. However, after three weeks virtually none of the seed was taken and I have not seen any birds using it. They seem to prefer my other feeders, classic tube and hopper styles. Ultimately it's always about the birds for me.

Okay Feeder
This is one of six birdfeeders in my yard so my comments are based on that experience.
Pros:
- large capacity - much bigger than it looks.
- inexpensive; decent feeder for not much money.
- bayonet lock to separate parts for easy cleaning.
Cons:
- lightweight plastic - will it hold up over time?
- easily blown around in moderate breezes.
- the push-button top is a nice feature BUT the opening is too small for easy filling.

Great feeder!
This feeder is lightweight and the perfect size! It is easy to fill and not to mention really cute. I love the catch tray at the bottom that birds can perch on and eat. Also helping to reduce seed spillage and waste. Overall a great feeder! Thank you!

Feeding with Brown Small Lantern Sunflower Bird Feeder with Push-Button Top
The feeder performs as expected. Even the Squirrels love it! In spite of the inclusion of Cayenne pepper to the feed (mixed with oil) the squirrels try to destroy the feeder in their quest for sunflower seeds.Can't us a baffle because of the type of pole I am using but the feeder is holding up to the invasion and the birds - all types and sizes seem to love it. The feeder is easy to fill and looks good in the yard. The construction seems to be sufficiently strong to withstand unwanted visitors.

So far well received by all
The birds have been attracted to this new feeder hanging off of our deck. So far we have had black-capped chickadees, house finches, goldfinches, sparrows, nuthatches, cardinals, and robins. Unfortunately, even a few red-winged blackbirds have found it appealing. The mourning doves have attempted to feed on it, but not very successfully. Both Red and Gray squirrels seem to appreciate it as well, so everyone seems to be having a turn. I'm not sure if the plastic will be sturdy enough for the cold Minnesota winters, will need to wait and see.
