This portable basketball system from Lifetime Products features a 50-in Steel-Framed Shatter Proof backboard with a Speed Shift height adjustment mechanism that adjusts from 8 to 10 feet high in 6-inch increments. It also includes a Slam-It Rim with an all-weather nylon net and a 3-in diameter round steel pole. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this for the kids for Easter, great product. Definitely took 2 people to assemble, and about 3 hours, but instructions were easy to follow. I was missing one of the plugs for the base, called customer service, and they shipped it right away. Great product and experience overall.

Great customer service!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a portable basketball hoop 3 years ago and a fallen tree damaged the base. It took me 2 years + to desire to fix the hoop. I called in and it only took a few minutes for them to find what I needed. After confirming purchase of the base they included a couple additional parts needed and didn't charge for them. I was glad I made the decision to fix the hoop instead of throwing it out.
