With iconic Barbie colours and styling, this modern, wooden playhouse is the ideal setting for Barbie and her friends to chill in the backyard. An airy design lets the play and the stories flow from inside to outside seamlessly. A double-sided island backdrop allows kids and Barbie to visit the beach from sunup to sundown. The open framed ground area is perfect for creating a sandbox for discovering seashells, building sandcastles or just relaxing (doll-sized chaise lounges are included). Cook up a meal in the play kitchen and serve it to guests at the window ledge with café-style awning.

Not just for Barbies, or girls
I recently bought the KidKraft Barbie seaside playhouse as a Christmas gift for my kids. Although they're not particularly into Barbies, they were immediately drawn to the vibrant colors and beach theme. Since my children, aged 6 and 3, have so much energy, we decided to set it up inside our house. Luckily, the playhouse is spacious enough for both of them to play in comfortably, even with all their accessories. While it didn't come with a wide variety of items, it did include a pot, pan, spatula, and a sink/faucet with a pretend burner. Considering the price, it would have been nice to have more accessories included. However, my resourceful kids have been using their other toys to pretend cook, set up a grocery store, and more. They've even created imaginative scenarios where the playhouse becomes a cozy home for their baby dolls. Whenever we play together, they love running through it as part of the game. I must say, this playhouse has proven to be very sturdy and has provided my kids with countless hours of imaginative play almost every day. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any parent whose children enjoy pretend play, whether they're into Barbies or not. Ultimately, it has turned out to be one of the best investments I've made for my kids.

Awesome playhouse!

It was pretty easy for my husband and I to assemble. My 10 year old and 6 year just can't get enough of it! They are so in love. We'd definitely recommend!

It is made with high quality material so I know it will last for years to come. We took care to assemble correctly so it is sturdy and able to withstand my kids rough play. We love it!
