Easy to install
The instructions for install are literally 2 steps. My only complaint is that the picture was not as shown, so it gave the illusion that it should be installed upside down. Fortunately, it really only fits one way.
Product installed easily and works. I don't think there is an actual thermostat, as it seems only "on or off" with variable speeds.
I purchased this online, and although it was delayed by weather, It shipped quickly, and I was kept up to date with shipping notifications.
