Bought two about 5y ago. Interesting, installed and burn-out same time, similar load, one heavily used in the main bathroom the other one in the basement barely used.

Burns out
I bought 3 of these units and two have failed. Opened them up and found burnt circuit board in the same spot. Obvious design flaw! If you are looking for longevity DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!

Reliable, Easy, Money Saver
I do not work for Woods. I have 3 of these. Using them for years. Never did I ever encounter any problem. They are simple, easy to install (YouTube) In the long run, I have saved $$$ and saved my bathroom from moisture by running exhaust on timer. Not too much or too little.
I have no idea why there are people here complaining. If this product didn't sell, I am sure Rona would Stop carrying it. Simple Business.

Very Poor Quality Product
I purchased two of these. Now, neither of them work. When you depress the switch to move it to 10 min (then 20 min), it switches back to the off position! Very poor quality. Don't waste your money!
