Poor quality control, damaged boxes, fragile floor
About 30% of the boxes I purchased were damaged. Most of the corners were chipped and couldn’t be used as full pieces. It’s a decent looking product but you have to baby it when installing as it chips as well. We were able to get the flooring in however I wouldn’t purchase again due to the poor quality control.
