Happy Ego Customer.
I own lots of the Ego brand products & this mower has been my latest.I can’t say anything bad about it so far I’m very happy with it.For me I specifically wanted this model.It does everything I need a quality lawnmower to do.I hope to purchase more Ego products in the future.Watch YouTube if you have any questions or go talk to an Ego dealer not the big box stores.You will probably get a better price at the big box store but your sales rep will more than likely have limited knowledge.Do your homework & purchase an Ego.I have never had a battery issue or performance issue to date.

Good Machine
A good machine. Works as advertised. Plenty of power. Would have given it 5 stars but bolts to set up cutting blades were way over torque and hard to break out with a ratchet wrench. Had to use a pipe to extend the handle to get enough force to loosen the bolts.

A wow mower
I had very little trouble, setting it up and mowing for the first time last week. I’m a little confused with the self-propelled portion of it, but I will manage it. With trial and error> Only use One LED portion of the battery to do my job and it took less time than using a mower with a cord I think I will be happy 😊 with it

Self propelled mower
The mower works well and the battery life is good. The only improvement I think would be to the side eject chute. The device is actually a tube, where it would eject better if it was only 3 sided (bottom, top and rear). It tends to clog which requires manual clearing.

Battery holding over one hour
This was easy to assemble, only few easy steps. Battery does charge quickly, and it does work over one hour. Unit is light weight, not loud, does excellent job bagging or mulching. Love it so far!
I do have a snowblower from EGO, and batteries are interchangeable.
