Description
The wireless Single-Zone Connex(R) Controller from Dimplex can operate one or more LPC and PCH heaters, with a simple snap installation into a décor-style wall plate. The built-in radio frequency transceiver eliminates the need to run wires. Attractive style that harmonizes with any decor. Includes Celsius or Fahrenheit temperature control with electronic sensing for temperature by 0.5 °C/F. Power saving mode for temporary temperature settings. use multiple controls to set desired temperatures in different rooms, saving energy costs with zonal heating.

Syncing is Tricky
Like others, I could only get it to sync with 2 of my 3 (soon to be 4) heaters. The 3rd unit just wouldn't sync, but what I did was un-sync all of them, then re-synced them starting with the one that wouldn't sync and that did the trick. It works like a charm now and is really convenient to adjust the main floor units with one controller. Apart from the syncing issues, the only downside is that the display is not backlit, which it is on the wall units, so that's a mystery why they wouldn't include it on the control unit. I can only figure because it's battery operated, while the wall units are on household current. 4 stars for that reason only.

Stopped working after 1 year
The thermostat display no longer works replaced battery- still not functioning. How do you contact costomer service?

Works Ok, But Leaves a Lot to be Desired.
Syncing the device can be something of a challenge, but if you're patient, and experiment with timing, it will sync. The manual is poorly written and difficult to understand. There is a so called "Economy" setting for instance that is so poorly explained that you just have to use your imagination to guess how it is intended to work.
Another thing that I found disappointing was that the temperature where the this controller unit is mounted has no bearing on when the heater comes on. The thermostat in the heater unit itself is what senses the temperature and turns on and off the heater. You're only setting the heater's thermostat with this. This means that if the heater is down near the floor where it's colder, and you set the thermostat to a normal seeming value, say, 72°F, the room might well get to 80° before the heater actually turns off. Just a for-warning.
The pros are that at least you can set the heater thermostat remotely from this wall unit rather than having to stoop down and fiddle with the heater itself. Where our heater is located would make that a pain in the rump. So at least it's good for those situations.

Worked for maybe 5 hours.
Bought this a couple weeks ago for my garage, after this past Saturday the controller refuses to sync with the heater. Beyond disappointed in both products. And yes my garage is still cold

No Display
No display out of box. Battery has good voltage and is installed correctly (positive towards wall and under bottom prongs.) Pressed and held all buttons but nothing on the screen. Tried another brand new battery with the same results.

Bought the heaters for my 3 bedrooms. Great heater and then purchased the remote thermostats. Got about a year or better out of the battery life in 2 of them. Changed the batteries and never worked again. No display on 2 of them..

Great simple system
I have had the system installed for 3 years. it works great. Just replaced the battery of the thermostat for the first time and hod to come to the website for sync instructions. Everything worked well. This is a very affordable,effective system. Just follow the instructions and every thing will work well for you.
