Absolument AUCUNE qualité...
Ne vous demandez pas si ce bidule va vous lacher mais plutôt dans combien de temps... Le pire c'est que Globe Electric ne fait aucun remboursement mais seulement un remplacement. Lorsque le remplacant du remplacant déraille on se tanne!!!

Problème après coupure de courant
Globe tarde a mettre à jour le microgiciel.
Au retour secteur après une panne la lampe allume à 100%, impossible de modifier la fonctionnalité.
Cette situation n'est pas désirable et aucune option pour programmer le comportement au retour secteur bizarrement d'autres dispositifs vendus par Globe on cette cette option.

J’ai acheté ce produit en janvier 2024 chez Canac. Quel mauvais produit. Si tu touche le gradateur quelques seconde il se met en mode programmation/jumelage et devient impossible de fermer la lumiere sans un réassociation avec le programme.

Disconnecting all the time
3 seconds holding disconnect a device and reconnecting does not work for hours. Light is inoparable at that time.

Don't Waste Your Money
I had this device installed by an electrician. I downloaded the Globe app and it worked fine for a couple of hours. After that, the device went offline and I haven't been able to get it back online. It is now just a manual dimmer switch.

Fonctionne bien, quelques mois
J’ai acheté cet article il y a 1 an et demi! Au début il fonctionnait bien mais a commencé à s’allumer seul. Je pensais que c’était du à la distance du réseau wifi! Je l’ai donc installé dans la maison, et après un mois, il a recommencé à s’allumer à n’importe quel moment
