defective product and bad customer service
I bought this at the RONA Calgary (West) on 08-May. After cutting the first piece for my door, I noticed several defects on the edges on each piece of the 10-pack. The manufacturer tried to touch up these defects with white filler but the repairs were shabby. I tried to return these to the store but they refused to refund my money as I had cut the first piece. I simply left the 10-pack at the store so they could dispose or resell. Poor quality and even poorer customer service. I will never shop at Rona's again.

Great product, Rona could be better.
I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and it’s great. Disappointed that I can’t use my Rona gift card on line. You should fix that.
