Didn't work
I ordered one but was given model 501C instead of 501CP21. It was 3" and not 2 1/2 as specified on web site. Customer service said this us the only one RONA has. So obviously it didn't work out. Please give correct measurements when everyone has to buy online nowadays. Worse still, other flappers don't have measurements either . I can only buy and return until I get the right size.
