Great box for the price.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a professional mechanic for over 20 years i know quality tools. I tecently purchased the 2000 series tool box fpr my son as a starter box and was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was when we unboxed it. The ball bearing drawers and easy close slides work great.

Nice tool box
I bought this to enhance my tool storage. Like the other reviewer, I like the older model with 3 small drawers on top. Except for that, this is a good box, and constructed with quality. I do like the soft close drawers.

Why no small drawers???
I have an older Craftsman Toolbox, 26 inch wide. It has 5 rows like this but the top two rows are divided into three drawers each providing a total of 9 drawers. This makes it easy to separate items to find them later. This is a nice unit but rather than have soft closing drawers I would prefer more small drawers that don't have soft close. It seems all the Craftsman toolboxes have this soft close feature. That is not necessary and only increases the price.
