The end broke off inside the faucet. terrible product. had an issue with end piece already also and they sent me two replacements so far i a two year span. do not recommend this product at all

Broke, fixed it. Broke again!
Used this for one year, not only does it leak but it also no longer switches spray functions, water just dribbles out. Won't be buying this again

Averted a Disaster!
This Jalo faucet is in my kitchen and second floor laundry room. The kitchen faucet leaks but the worst was the other day when the steel braided water line burst. If I wasn't home I would have experienced major damage to my home due to the water leak. Clearly this product and it's related accessories are crap. I reached out to Jalo for a new water line but I think I will replace both faucets and never buy a Jalo product again. I gave it one star because there wasn't an option to give zero stars.

C’est le pire produit que j’ai acheté. Le dispositif pour changer le type de jet d’eau a commencé à mal fonctionner après 4 mois. De plus le o-ring retenant le pistolet sur son socle a brisé au même moment ce qui fait en sorte qu’il débarque toujours et vous arose. Quel produit merdique. Je me sent floué. A ce prix on s’attend à plus de qualité. Plus jamais vos cochonnerie et j’espère que plusieurs vont lire mon commentaire afin qu’il n’achète pas ce citron!

Spray button sticks. Leaks profusely from the middle section. Head won’t stay in the holder. No redeeming qualities, even the price isn’t great.

Très mauvais produit
J’ai acheté ce produit il y a 2 ans et demie. Il fuit au milieu. Impossible de l’utiliser puisque ce n’est pas une petite fuite, c’est une explosion d’eau ! A ne pas acheter même si le design est beau. J’ai constaté que je ne suis pas la seule à qui se problème est arrivé.
