hi i just installed the shower today and the water drips from the square shower and the shower hose does not stop dripping. can we do something since the piece is installed in the wall but they dont stop dripping does the piece need to be changed
My shower has lost the cold water how do I fix this almost get burned everytime someone showers

I bought gjis a bit more than a year ago and the main hllder for top shower is leaking. How could this be possible. The metal just cracked...

Good looking but cheap quality
I bought the shower for its good looking, and the dual shower head / rain. shower head, rain-shower head, and handle are all in plastic which is lame when the product costs >300$. Also it scratches very easily.
also the pressure in the rain shower is not good which makes it uncomfortable.
i would not buy this product another time, as i feel metal is always better.

Great looking....
I bought this shower column after installing a different one recently and despite is looking really good in my shower, I'm unimpressed. When I went to install the unit the shower head was quite a bit out of line and I had to get a replacement from the company. They sent the replacement part quickly.
When I compare this one to the other shower column in my house I am underwhelmed by the lack of pressure and that I had to glue a couple of parts so that they would stay on.
I might consider returning the product but it's all sealed into place now.
