Snap Function Wears Out
We have had this faucet for 5 years and overall it is working okay. The snap function which holds the sprayer head in place at the end of the nozzle wears over time with use, and eventually the sprayer will not stay up. Solution, wrap Teflon tape around the male connection. The sprayer will stay up for several months before you will have to reapply, but tape is cheap, and wrapping the connection only takes a minute or two. Too bad Peerless does not offer a replacement part for the worn plastic insert.

Poorly Designed and low pressure
We've had low pressure since installation. I've cleaned the aerator and removed the sprayer to flush lines and no improvement. The stream coming out of the hose has very good pressure (although a miniscule stream) but after reattaching sprayer just dribbles out.

Garbage right out of the box.
Just installed and little plastic connector broken. Trying to glue it so I have a faucet till I can return this piece of junk. I’ll never buy Peerless again.

Looks great at first but not sure about durability
Had the house build 3 year ago. At first, the faucet worked perfectly fine. Then a few months ago, the wand would not stay put to the neck (I checked the counter weight and it's fine). Now, the wand can only be in stream. When I tried to switch to shower, it just clicks back into stream.

Not great
In newly built home for 7 months and faucet worked good for six months and now very little water coming out, tried to clean sprayer, soaked with CLR nothing working, very disappointed.
