Description
Gravity Series 560 digital charcoal grill and smoker by Masterbuilt(R) brings cooking versatility and intuitive control to the table. Besides smoking and grilling meats, you can roast, sear, bake, and more! Digital control panel includes touch controls for easy temperature and time settings. The panel is also Wi-Fi/Bluetooth enabled so you can remotely control your grill from a smart device. DigitalFan system monitors internal cooking temperature and emits heat evenly. The GravityFed hopper can hold up to 12 hours of charcoal (4.5 kg) or 15 hours of briquettes (5.8 kg). Gravity ensures you have constant fuel to the fire. Reversible porcelain-coated cast-iron grates are perfect for smoking or searing and provide you with 560 sq. in. of total cooking space. This grill reaches 225 °F in 7 minutes for slow cooking/smoking, and 700 °F in 13 minutes for high heat searing. Built-in temperature gauge and meat probe thermometer checks doneness in real time for the best cooking results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love and hate relation ship, when it works it’s great but the fans and sensors keep going out and some times it does not work. It does not give out near as much smoke as I would like, and sometimes it is very hard to get it up to temp.

Great, versatile outdoor cooking appliance!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my Gravity 1050 as a Christmas gift to replace both a Weber kettle and a Masterbuilt electric smoker. After grilling and smoking quite a few times, the Gravity Series has worked impressively well! Its ability to maintain such a controlled temp, as well as the ability to monitor the ambient temp and up to 4 probes through the app has taken my cooks to a new level. I would highly recommend this to anyone for any grilling or smoking purposes!

Really impressed with all this grill/smoker can do
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son gave me this grill as a birthday gift and I have been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the way I can control the way I grill or smoke a wide varieties of meats or dishes. I needed to replace my old combo grill/smoker and my son and I were reviewing different options that would be my best option. Next thing I knew, he delivered and set up my new Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050. What a beast.

Good grill, build quality could be better.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have grill for about 4 years, had some temperature issues in the beginning but seemed to get better with use. Fire box warped rather quickly but is still functional. Sensors stopped working so had to find a qork around. There are hot spots but for the most part, even cooking when smoking. Really like concept and enjoy being able to reverse sear or smoke meat and then crank up to grill vegetables. After 4 years of use, I am overall really happy with the grill.
