Kohler, great name to sell low quality, Chinese products.
I brought this product six months ago, at beginning, everything was excellent, but, after a week, the system air purifier doesn’t work, electrical, cannot be fix, it’s to tiny, need to be replaced all entire product.

Battery tray breaks easily
Just like a previous reviewer experienced, the battery tray broke on our unit. It's now just an ordinary seat with an ugly tray sticking out the side. Since the tray is opened only around once every six months for battery changes, this seems a very poor quality item. Disappointing, because when it all works, it's lovely.

Great Features and Wonderful Scent Packets
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought over 6 months ago. Just love it. The seat is very comfortable as well as the smell of the purefresh scents are not overpowering but very soft and recognizable. Toilet seat is sturdy and very easy to install. What I love the most is the way you can push in the tabs to release the seat for ease of cleaning... Great Concept! No more going in the grooves with the toothbrush.

Spring Eject Slide-In Battery Holder Tab Broke
I bought two of these toilet seats. The small plastic tab that holds in the spring-loaded battery holder slide-in broke on both of them after about two years of mild use, so now neither of them will hold the two D batteries in place, which renders them useless. The fan also was pretty weak, as well as the scent. About the only thing I appreciated and was noticeable was the blue LED light that came on at night and lit up the bowl.

Has worked well for me
I have had the Purefresh toilet seat for 3-4 years now and it has always provided a fresh scent with a night light that works very well and is easy to detach and clean. Just yesterday the hinge broke on one side of the seat and I intend to replace the seat with another Purefresh product.

Don't waste money!!!
We bought this a little more than a month ago and nothing is going right!!! The light works when it wants and the fresh smell factor? No scent at all!!! Don't even consider if you want something that will not work!!!

Expensive Junk
I purchased a Koehler pure fresh toilet seat to go with my Koehler toilet but after a few months the night light stopped working and the hinges that hold the seat to the toilet broke. I never smelled the fresheners. Not happy at all
