Description
This 20V MAX XR 1/4-in 3-Speed Impact Driver is lightweight yet powerful with a brushless motor that delivers 1,825 in-lbs of max torque to drive large diameter screws. The 3-speed switch allows for increased user control and precision for various applications to help maximize versatility on the jobsite. Maintain productivity in low-light spots with a 3-LED on-board work light that helps to illuminate dimly lit workspaces. This cordless impact driver comes Chip Ready (chip sold separately) to track the tool's location with the DeWALT TOOL CONNECT Site Manager App. Battery and charger sold separately.

Awesome drill
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best drill I own. I have had this drill for about 8 months now and this drill has become my go to power tool for a majority of my projects. Never had issues and the battery life on this thing is ridiculous. The battery lasts a long time.

Strangely obsessed with this tool - it's great
I've had this driver for about a month now (was using an older 885 impact that had been abused for years, that has served me very well and still works, just wanted to upgrade to one that was a little faster and with finer trigger response) I am very impressed. It was between this one and the 887 (older model) and I'm happy with my decision. I generally wear a holster and with a 2.0 or 3.0 amp battery, I can barely notice it on my hip. As mentioned above, I wanted a more sensitive trigger for doing metal roofing (getting that rubber washer set just right 😆), and this works perfectly!! Much more speed control using just the trigger. The 3 speed settings is also much more handy than I thought it would be. Using the same batteries as with my older impact, I get longer life as well (I think the brushless motor is to thank). Now a 2.0 amp battery will last me an entire day or more depending on what I'm working on.

A DCF887 TWEEN BROTHER
Almost same as the DCF887 I find the first speed not powerful to screw a 1' screw it stop, manual don't say too much too, what each speed is set for, and torque for each speed, that manual is useless, it talk more about security, warnings, cleaning, and battery charge, when it not come with battery, I don't know the 1er speed for what is used for,.little frustrating

I already had the atomic impact driver but I loved the idea of the 3 speed setting to allow me to use this driver for many different purposes.
