So disappointed
Didn’t last a year. The plastic piece falls off every time you press it to change the spray setting. So incredibly disappointing, especially given the price.

Sloppy single stream water flow
Love everything about this faucet, but the single stream water flow isn’t smooth….a little choppy and spays some water onto the counter. I wish this could be remedied.

Beauty and function in one great package
This is the second time we have installed this in a new home. Very well designed and a
pleasure to use. Pull out works easily and the 3 flow settings, 2 are sprays, work well for
different tasks.

Nice Looking Faucet
Like the faucet but very disappointed with the quality of the "pull down hose". It has worn through and leaks with a fine mist about an inch above the fitting. Is this covered by the lifetime warranty?

Valve leaks
I cannot find any manual online to figure out how to repair a leaky valve on my sink. I believe one of the key parts has been discontinued on 99261.
