Terrible Service
I ordered this product on-line, November 12/18. The box was incomplete and an arm was missing. I still haven't recieved the missing part and it is Jan 17/19. And...there are no instructions on how to install 12 arms with wire comingout of each arm in which has to be put together! Very disappointed. Asked for an instruction sheet, they emailed one but the document was blank..very bad company who makes this product in the US.
