I need to change one of the bulbs. The info is conflicting since not all fixtures are "integrated". How do I remove the outer casing to replace the bulb in a pendant?

Disappointed :(
I bought this a month ago when it was on sale, just got around to opening it up now and installing it and was super excited because it’s so beautiful and to my disappointment, I discovered that the box doesn’t have any of the glass shades that are supposed to go around each light. It’s too late to return it & I found out that the manufacturer sells the shades for $20 a piece so now I’m stuck between hanging it as-is or forking out an extra $113 (including tax) so that I can have a complete chandelier :(

Light USB changing is a nightmare
I’m about ready to rip this out of the ceiling and throw out.
My FIL bought and installed for us. It’s lovely. But the bulbs regularly burn out. It’s such a pain to get a ladder and change that we typically don’t get around to it until several have burned out.
Today is my annual change the bulbs moment and for the life of me I can’t remember how and there are nor instructions to be found anywhere.
For a light that burns out so quickly changing the bulbs should be easier.
