Great idea but does not last, terrible warranty
Expensive, does not last , warranty in Canada 1 year. Batteries last one month only. Ready sensor stopped working after 1 year.

I bought this 7 years ago and I have to buy a new faucet because it never worked properly. Cold water very hard to get it drips and drips even after following the instruction to clean the filter and the sensor worked for about over a year and then stopped working properly. But does work when no one is around. You would believe a ghost was in the kitchen at night. Nothing on the counters close to the faucet but still does water comes out by itself. We lol about the faucet ,but it is time to change it to a non sensor one.

Terrible products, don't waste your money
We experienced similar issues as others. Had the faucet for 2.5 years, worked fine for the first few months but then the water started going on and off by itself. We replaced the batteries and that seemed to fix the problem until last night, the faucet was running by itself and only running hot water. We can't turn it off. Unplugged the whole thing and replaced the batteries and it still doesn't work. It will turn on for a few seconds and stop. Called Moen and the earliest they can get back to us is next Wednesday, a full week from now! Very frustrating! This faucet is not worth the money we paid. We shouldn't be replacing it after only 2 years usage! Just a faulty product, don't waste money on this.
