Design allows this dispenser to clog
We purchased this dispenser two years ago, and it's no longer functioning after only light usage. This appears to be due to the dispenser head being clogged with congealed soap. Based on the design, it seems inevitable this would happen. We're disappointed in this Kohler product.

Gold finish is ...nearly....indestructible!
The plumbers installed the sink faucet and the soap dispenser. As they were cutting open the package for the dispenser, the knife slipped and cut the top of the gold pump. Whatever kind of finish Kohler uses for this dispenser....is working!!! Yes, there is a huge cut on the top of my pump....BUT the gold finish goes deeper than the surface and there is not any other metal color showing. I could be depressed about the accident - but honestly, I am more impressed at the beautiful craftsmanship.

Solid construction and sleek design.
I bought this dispense to replace my malfunctioning dispenser. It appears that Kohler has improved the design...it seems to be more solid than previous one.

Nope, don't love it.
This is the second one I've purchase. We used it for about a month and the plastic fitting which connects the soap bottle to the pump broke. Here I go again.

It can be better
Very disappointed at the misleading warranty,
Cast iron and faucets have lifetime warranty .
They will not cover the dispenser.
Heavy cast iron construction, poor quality.
Tip rotted out.
Warranty misleading.
Moem, American and other brands do offer lifetime wareanty
