The cordless compact design means you move freely without the hassle or danger of dangling cords, and the variable speed trigger makes it easy to adjust speeds up to 3000 SPM (strokes per minute) with a 1-in-stroke length. The 4-position orbital action offers optimal cutting options and the tool-free blade changes make things quick and easy. Tool-free shoe adjustments, bevel left and right at 45°. A dust blower keeps the cut line clear of debris, while the shoe can make flush cuts to walls or plunge cuts for registers. Lastly, the built-in LED light improves visibility in low-light areas. I love this saw!
We purchased this Kobalt jigsaw to replace an old single speed saw. Night and day difference. The quality of this saw is outstanding, it doesn't feel cheap in your hands whatsoever. The cuts are smooth and without drama. Lots of features and the battery life is great. We have it paired with a 4ah battery and after an hour of on and off use, it still had 75% charge remaining. We have a few other Kobalt tools and they don't disappoint. Exceptional value.
