Very poor quality of wood and of fabrication.
I had 4 delivered and had to complain about the quality. The wood was shockingly cheap for a panel costing $150. I had to break one up in order to repair another. I followed up with Rona - they gave a 10% reimbursement. Not even close to what the most damaged panel cost me.
I had to order another 4 to complete my project. I asked specifically that they choose the items more attentively (ie. Store selection people / delivery people- please don’t deliver something of such poor quality that you wouldn’t accept yourself!). To my dismay, exactly the same happened again.
NB: delivery costs $70 each time (no truck to go get them myself - although it might actually have been cheaper to hire one and go choose my own panels).

Un peu décevant
Qualité du bois (faux bois et bois dégradé sur certaines planches) et de l'assemblage laisse un peu à désirer, quelques planches installées croches... fait le travail tout de même, dans l'ensemble. Avoir vu ces défauts avant, j'aurais pris le temps de bien sélectionner les sections à la quincaillerie. Aussi les traverses horizontales ne sont pas en 2x3'' mais en 1,25x2.5''

Great price
For this price we could not expect perfection, but it was certainly acceptable. Some of the board were less than top grade so we had to flip a couple and the spacing between board was not always consistent, but we were able to adjust those. All in all considering the price we found these snags to be expected. As these panels were to extended the existing fence, the quality matched the existing.
