Solid, attractive adjustable desk
the table is solid and mechanism works well. Table is adequately stable at full height for computer work and writing, perhaps not so much if desire is to use as a work table (i.e. with small tools). A few things noticed during assembly: predrilled holes for the power pack incorrectly placed, some accessories included, but not defined in the instructions, not immediately clear in the instruction which side of chassis intended to face occupant (FYI: motor should be on occupant side).

A solid adjustable desk
Assembly was easy, however the instructions could use some clarification, particularly regarding the connection of the non-motorized leg to the motorized leg.

Arrived with all boxes damaged,
Arrived with all boxes damaged, one box open. Missing the power module and its been 10 weeks since a solution has been put forward. The desk surface was also discovered to be damaged when unpackaged.

Getting the product is the hardest part
I haven't even gotten my product yet because you used a terrible logistics company to ship it. My order took 7 days of processing at the vendor, then spent another 2 weeks shipping. I don't expect every business to have the same 1-2 days shipping that the giant corporate stores do, but this is absurd. There's no excuse for 7 days of processing in your warehouse then sitting in a trailer for several days without movement during shipping.

Overall comment
The delivered table top has a dent on it and Bestar shipped me a new one within a few days after I sent them the photos. It was slightly tricky to fully insert the drive shaft into the holes on each side but I finally made it. The overall performance of moving up and down is satisfactory. The desk base is sturdy and safe.

Good price
Parts are solid and it looks nice. Very happy with my purchase after 3 months. Took me about an hour to assemble all by myself and there were no surprises. I would recommend. I was lucky and got the Christmas rebate which was great.

Great standing desk
I really like the product so far. The quality is there and the price is good. The only thing Bestar should consider is helping with a better instruction manual. For example: There are lengths specified for the 48'' and the 60'' desk in the manual, but no specification for the 72'' (which I understood I needed to take the 60'' measurements). Also, the hexagonal holes were not aligned so I needed to turn one side a little bit with the axle by hand. These kind of things should be specified in the booklet.
