Terrible customer service, poor quality product.
Most expensive fan Ive ever bought by far. Also the only fan Ive ever bought that stopped working after a few years. I contacted the company for repairs, took over a week for a response, was told: "Unfortunately, our repair area only covers the continental US." I was even able to diagnose the problem, needs a new switch, switch isn't available anywhere online.
So now this $300 + fan is garbage.
Do not buy from this company if you are not in the continental US.
