Replacement for discontinued model. A bit less substantial in scale and gauge of metal but still has a spectacular finish and overall qualitative feel!

Keep Looking
I have to agree with others who made mention that the sprayer doesn't have the flexibility to extend farther than a few inches. I have owned Kraus in the past and loved it which is why I order another. Unfortunately, they have removed the feature that holds a continuous spray, and again the flexibility on the sprayers is almost nonexistent. The look is great but the overall usability of the product sucks!

Faulty Sprayer
Looks great, but the sprayer gets stuck on the 'spray/on', so my only option is to use the faucet and not the sprayer! KPF-1604SFS (manufactured 07/27/2021). We've had this for about two years and would expect that it would have lasted longer than that.

Look great, but the hose for the spray arm is too short. Doesn't allow for great reach which is a big let down. If I could get a longer arm, would give it a 5 out of 5.

Amazing faucet and exemplary customer service
This faucet is not only beautiful, it is engineered to be a functional work of art. It is a sleek and contemporary addition to any kitchen that adds an element of design sophistication. I couldn't be happier with the look of it in my home. Further to this, we really enjoy the dual functionality of the pot filler and the length of reach in the removable sprayer head. And, of course, the matte black finish is the cherry on the cake -- it looks so sharp while being easy to clean and after having it for about a month, I do not find it collects water marks or spots at all.
Unfortunately, I ordered this faucet from Amazon, and they sent it in the wrong finish. After much back and forth with them, we realized that they wouldn't exchange it, despite the fact that the one we wanted actually cost less then the one they sent. Naturally, I was upset since our other kitchen faucet is also from Kraus and I wanted the finishes on both to match.
Thank goodness, I was able to get in touch with Quinn Allen, who is on the customer service team at Kraus. She not only rectified the issue with Amazon, but she also ensured we received the proper faucet in a timely fashion. She was personal, professional and courteous and showed an unprecedented level of care for our situation. She is the reason that I will be returning to Kraus products as I continue my renovation. It's people like her that drive brand loyalty.

Low height and not lockable sprayer
I purchased an Artec Pro Kraus in 2011 and looking to replace it after working 12 years with no problems (very satisfied with the quality). Naturally, I was very interested to look at the 2nd Gen Artec Pro but I find it disappointing that the new faucet has shrunk in reach and is no longer lockable. The pot filler is great but not mandatory for our replacement. What faucet in your range do you recommend?

Not what I expected for the price
Professional grade faucets I have used, only dispense water over the sink. This one dispenses 360.
The spray head occasionally sticks on. Would be a great hands free feature if it was controllable. Definitely not the quality I exexpected at the price.

Poor Excuse for a Kitchen Faucet.
I purchased and had installed by plumber in June 2021. In June of 2022, the entire black finish on the backside of the handle that locks into the holder was scratched off - and showing copper. Then today 12/31/22 - water spewing from the top! This is so NOT quality.
