Plumber struggled because measurements were in metric
I bought this after I approved the brand and style with my plumber by sending him the specs from the website. After he began, it took an extra week to install because he did not expect that all the measurements and therefore tools he would need would be in metric.

very good product for our new jacuzzi whirlpool bath but shipped with a part missing and we now have to wait 2 months for it.
