worst tool I have ever attempted to use
My daughter had a sales person highly recommend this item. She was having zero success clearing a clog and mentioned it, so I went over to see what I could do. When she said she had a drain snake I pictured the round coil type, not this thing. It doesn't turn, will not follow the pipe bend and was frustrating and difficult to use. I ended up getting part of the clog out and will go back with my propper drain auger to finish the job.
