Picked up this unit from the Lowes Pickering store. The box appeared to be in perfect condition and had not been previously opened. The door was packaged in a separate box within the box so it should have been well protected. Upon opening it I discovered a couple of scratches on the nickel-painted frame as well as a paint chip.
