The towel holder is so flimsy.. and it does Not warm up the towel At all...
The connection box is so Small that it makes it impossible to connect the wires inside of it..
Drywall anchors that are supplied does not worked at all. I had to slide a strip of backing
At the end, only the size, the controls and the price was good. Oh and it's quiet.

Awesome product, great price.
This one has a smaller size than other similar I bathroom heaters. Big plus is that the on/off and timer knobs are on the FRONT of the unit! Most other heaters are on the side can't you can't see which knob is on/off / timer.
When I saw the photo of the giant grill in front, I was pretty sure this is not a convector heater but a CONVECTION heater with fan. After installing, I can confirm this is a CONVECTION heater with a fan. Convector heater is "natural convection" with NO forced fan to move the heated air back into the conditioned space.
The in the back filter was hard to remove, I bent up the "metal brackets" with a screw driver a bit and now it's easier to slide out for cleaning.
Still awesome price and quality seems good so far!

It was not what I expected, so difficult to rate
This heater is for a 150 sq. ft. room. Online Product description does not indicate that combustible materials such as furniture, curtains & clothing should be at least 3 ft away since the
product is hot when in use. This is difficult to
achieve in a 150 sq. ft. room. It also has to be hard
wired.
