Both pumps broke at the bottom
I bought two of these soap pumps two years ago, one for each bathroom.
One of them started leaking at the bottom and the other one just fell apart at the bottom emptying the whole contents of the pump to waste. I am very disappointed at the quality. Umbra had the reputation of high quality products and I paid quite a lot for each pump and expected them to last for a very very long time. I've seen a few similar reviews, so I don't feel like replacing them with the same brand.

Leaked - TWICE!
I loved the look of this dishsoap dispenser, but within a few months it started leaking from somewhere on the bottom. I thought that it was just a fluke, so because I loved the look so much I went ahead & bought a second one. The same thing happened with the second one! Extremely disappointing. I definitely would not buy it again!

This will crack!
I bought this soap pump about 1.5 years ago and noticed a few weeks ago that the bottom had several cracks. I noticed soap had been pooling around the soap pump on my bathroom sink but thought we were just being sloppy when dispensing soap. I took a closer look and it has 3 large cracks at the base! I have no idea how it happened, and now I'm frustrated I have to put something in landfill that I thought would last way longer. I've had single-use plastic soap pumps that have been used for much longer than this.
