This awning cloth is suitable for 12-ft x 10-ft retractable awning. When your old canopy cloth is damaged and ageing, this fabric can be an ideal substitute. This retractable fabric is faded proof and has UV protection, providing a large sheltered area on sunny days. Made of 280gsm polyester fabric with PU coating, which is water-repellent and suitable for outdoor use.

Great replacement awning fabric
Product description was accurate for the size and it fit perfectly for my awning. The quality seems good but only time will tell how long it lasts. For now, excellent value for money.
