Designed to help provide uniform penetration of water-bases wood stains and help control the effect of grain raise on both hard and soft woods. Used as a first step to woodfinishing, It helps prevent blotching and streaking. Remove dust with a dampened cloth (water), apply with a clean lint free rag or foam brush, allow to penetrate 1-5 mins. Remove excess with a lint free cloth. Wait 15-30 mins, sand lightly, clean up sanding residue. Apply waterbase stain.
