Nice shape faucet terrible packaging results in scratched finish
I ordered this set twice (second time for a return) and each time the faucet was packaged correctly but the handles and escutcheons were just loose in the box. What is wrong with Kohler when they package a high end product? Each time the handles are loose and there is random sheet of bubble wrap but handles are not individually wrapped. Are all of these returns?
