I am so pleased with my shredder. It does not jam and the speed is just perfect. I know I will get many good years with this machine. I'm 81 years old and I think it will outlast me by many years. Thank-you Years of service

First Shredder
I really like the micro cross shredding. Can really only shred 3-4 items then sounds labored. After shredding for less than 5 min it shuts off. Instead of saving my shredding, I shred as I go. Makes things easier. A little stiff on the off/on button. on the whole I like it.

Perfect for the job
The 10M Shredder is totally perfect for our usage. We do not need to shred a huge amount of document everyday, however we may use it several time a day. The safety are basic nevertheless very useful.
