Rated 1 out of 5 by Almostveg from Terrible product I bought the brushed brass finish which was more expensive than the regular and couldn’t use it for even one day! The little push cylinder does not stay in and it falls off. The Kohler sales person did not even give a heads up about this issue. Read reviews before you buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Renter104 from Do NOT Buy This Unless You Enjoy Needing Frequent Repairs This shower assembly contains the most poorly designed diverter unit I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had to call the plumber three times to fix it for various issues and it just broke on my again where it is permanent ly stuck in the Pressed position. Nothing I do will allow the bath faucet to be used. Was this even tested before going to manufacturing? I doubt it. I bet after a fresh install that you will get about 18 months of solid performance out of it before it all goes south on you.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Anonymous from pushbutton diverter not so great The button presses all the way in and depends on water weight after shutoff to pop out. After a while buildup forms and it jams in the pressed position leaving you a shower-only option.
