Difficile à installer mais beau produit!
Avez-vous déjà vissé dans du stainless? C’est pas avec les vis fournies que vous y arriverez! Il va falloir que j’achète une mèche qui aurait dû être fournie avec la rampe. Cela éviterais bien des désagrément .

J'ai acheté et installé cette main courante voilà 2 mois. Cela donne un très bel effet dans notre maison contemporaine. Les trous sont difficiles à percer sur l'acier inoxydable.

I bought this even though it had poor reviews, because I have experience, and had to improvise the mounting between a deck and a stucco wall for a lower walkout. That said, the mounting of the brackets, one in wood and one in concrete went well (wall anchors not supplied) - the problem, as pointed out in other posts, is the screw selection and lack of information. The screws will not fit a 5/32 hole in the rail (easily drilled after marking with a centre punch) and barely fit a 3/16 hole until tightening removes the outer thread edge and the screw threads no longer hold the screw in. Some enlightenment about what size hole is required in the rail would be appreciated. Now, to find the appropriate self tapping stainless screws....

Seems to me that if they were pre-drilled, the brackets may not align wiith wall studs etc.

Vraiment difficile a installer car les trous de la rampe pour les trois support ne sont pas déjà percés et les vises sont de très mauvaises qualités.

Must be drilled by professional metalworkers
Was surprised to find that handrail is not predrilled. Went back to Store and they sold us expensive drill bit for stainless steel. Did not make more than a mark. Had to take it to a metalwork shop and pay to have it drilled. Rona should not be selling this if not predrilled.

Incomplet pour l'installation
La main courante n'est pas pré-percé,impossible d'y fixer les supports sans être équipé pour percer l'acier inoxydable.on en fait pas mention sur la boite.tres décevant.
