The console includes a remote-controlled 23” electric fireplace insert that gives a realistic glow of a wood-burning flame without all the cleanup and work of a wood-burning fireplace. This fireplace will heat up a room up to 400 sq. ft. to the perfect temperature from 72° to 82° or use it to create a relaxing ambiance with its multiple light settings without the heat option. The LED light source boasts up to 50,000 hours of life for a fireplace that will last for years to come.

- The open shelf can hold up to 40 lb and each shelf behind the doors holds 20 lbs

Great Fireplace, Challenging to Put Together
Our young adult daughter put this together for us and it took her about 3 1/2 hours, once we took all the pieces out of the box and cleaned the styrofoam particles off. She is good at putting together furniture from places like Ikea, so we were pleased she could do this fireplace as well. At the very end a second person help put the final pieces on and put in place against our wall.
Please note that the box it was delivered in is quite heavy! Once in the house, we checked that ALL the pieces were in the box, YES! Our daughter put it together beautifully and we really are enjoying it. The remote is a great feature and so is the adjustable heat and the separate adjustable flame. We also like the adjustable shelves on the side cupboards. As long as you are good at putting these furniture kits together, or you know someone who is, then this is a good purchase!
We really like our new fireplace.

Very pretty piece that fits perfectly in my space. Looks great when the fireplace is on and puts out a nice amount of heat. Unfortunately, the piece arrived with a spec of white paint on the inside of the glass of the fireplace that is unable to be removed. However, customer service quickly responded to my inquiry about it and gave me a respectable offer.
