Traffic Patch concrete repair by Target consists of specially modified Portland cement and aggregates to create a rapid setting material for concrete repair. It contains no calcium chloride or other additives likely to accelerate the corrosion of reinforcing steel. This coarse concrete is intended for use in patches that are more than 1-inch thick.
