Can we install this kitchen hood for wall mounted or is it only for island counters ?

Sorry for the late response.
Unfortunately, you cannot install a island range hood as a wall mount. We would like to recommend the following wall mount items available at Reno Depot, if you are still interested: AN-1177, AN-1528 or AN-1529, and AN-1124 or AN-1536.

I have an 11’ arched ceiling . Will I need an extension for the stainless venting ?

Unfortunately, even with the extension the range hood will not reach an 11 ft. ceilling.
