I have 2 of these. One unit works excellent and happy that you can add extra batteries. It even works in our harsh winter conditions..
The other unit never worked correctly. I don't believe it is the unit. I believe it is the solar cell unit. It seems it was intermittently charging. upon comparing both solar cell. One seem not to be 'clear' and maybe this is impeding it to charge. It is too late to return in. It was a problem from the start, but I really like the product so I lived with the defect. Now trying to find a replace solar cell.
