Too Disappointed from
Two Crucial Parts Missing
When I ordered online, there were only two sets available in the warehouse. I purchased one set to replace a ten years old basin pop-up. There were two crucial parts missing, the round rubber washer, and the brass connector joining the basin pop-up to the down pipe. Instead of returning the set, I used the old parts since i only needed the pop-up and am in an urgent stage to replace it. Why Rona didn't check its product for completeness prior to shipping. Very disappointed as it is a $60 set. For this reason, would not recommend Rona for its online purchases.
