Tetherball quality not to good
I bought this in November of 2023, and I was surprised to see the cheap plastic ring that holds the rope for the ball, I thought that would be the first thing to break, but it wasn't, the ball was the first thing to come apart from the string, it's only held up by Fabric, I'm actually surprised that it lasted this long before ripping

sturdy but ball strap shreds in mere days
on the one hand, the most sturdy tetherball set of the half-dozen i've ever bought! but on the other, the strap on the ball that attaches it to the cord that attaches to the pole frayed and tore after less than a full week of steady usage

Quality piece and great customer service when needed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids love this tether ball game. Someone at my house removed the top part of the tether ball pole to kick the ball around and we never found it. I contacted the company and they are sending me the replacement part. It’s 3 years old so out of warranty but reasonably priced part is being shipped. Excellent quality, excellent customer service.

Great customer service

Eric from customer service was very helpful and had the parts I needed ship right away. He is making our yellow lab very happy. Thank you very much

Comes disconnected easily
Nice set but for some reason the hook that connects the rope to the pole comes undone easily so I have to reattach it quite frequently. Not as sturdy as I expected either, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Great customer service

I contacted customer service and a replacement was sent to me free of charge. I bought this set up several years ago and the ball finally timed out. Thank you for the great customer service.

Great option for tetherball!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this tetherball! It works in grass or on our driveway, and holds its own against some pretty competitive games! This is a fun outdoor game for our kids and teens when our yard isn’t quite flat about anywhere for a volleyball net.
