I have a Jackery Explorer 500 and am looking to upgrade when I go full time van life. I love my 500watt soooo much!! It is very high quality and very reliable. I can't wait to upgrade!! Best products ever!!! Highly recommended!!!! Go Jackery or just go home!!!!

Loving this setup! I own the Jackery Explorer 2000 + 2 200W panels for a few months now. We had a crystal clear day and I decided to benchtest the solar panels. It was 20 degrees outside and my daughter set up the panels facing south directly at the sun and we saw that they were charging at over 90% efficiency. Very impressed with the generator too runs quiet and we have tested just about everything in the kitchen for run times. Will definitely be buying more Jackery products.

Got two of these Jackery 2000 Pros for the California (Sacramento area) blackouts. I tried some other brands that have continuous output power of 2kW+, but they could not power my 1250W air conditioner during the blackout due to the high startup surge power (3900W surge) of the A/C compressor. This is one of the best portable power stations as it could easily handle the surge demand of my A/C + two fridges during the blackout. Highly recommend.

Works great for Cpap breathing machines.
When I was shopping for a portable power bank I couldn’t find a single thing that tells you if this thing can power a Cpap and for how long. So now that I have this unit I can be be the first. All I was hoping for is one full night sleep and I can recharge during the day. But when I first got it I did a test and to my surprise I ran my Cpap almost 8 hours a night for 5 nights straight! It was insane. So I’m more than happy with this product and will recommend to anyone that needs one. Amazing.

Very satisfied with product. 4 stars for instruction manual, no explanation for ac or DC buttons, on the site no videos for setup,and one say I can charge and use but the other does not recommend it. Will be testing this unit for the next few months.
