great little shredder however although it says you can shred 11 pages at once you are safer not exceeding about half that otherwise it may jam. I've been using Fellowes for years. My last one was a c60 lasted about 10 years so they are pretty durable as long as you lubricate it every 50 shreds/350 pages.

Awesome purchase
Have had a couple shredders in the past. Very bulky. My new shredder is so convenient and easy to use and as a senior citizen much easier to handle when emptying the container and size wise more convenient to set it on table and not have to bend over. I highley reccommend this shredder. Thank you Fellowes.

Fellowes Power Cord Longer Than Most
Fellowes 11C Shredder Model has a surprising longer power cord, giving consumers more options when deciding where to use it. This feature is important today due to downsizing of allowable space at home for retirees, or those in an apartment. Tiny homes often limit the number of plugs available for shredders, appliances and other equipment. Many buyers in the market for a shredder will also like the 11-sheet pass, the motor protection time and the stronger, quality construction and its taller profile. Plus,the Model 11C's ability to breeze thru stapled documents without jamming is a great benefit when time is of the essence. This Fellowes even gets by small paper clips and comes with a 1-year product warranty and a 3-year cutter warranty.

Quit already
I have owned this product for less than 24 hours and it will not work. Used it for single sheets of paper no staples. Worked good for about an hour and then it quit.

My life was in shreds
I got this shredder because I have tremendous pharmaceutical and medical records coming in through the mail. Trying to protect my privacy became overwhelming. With the shredder, positioned very close to my mail input/output, everything gets dropped in the shredder. I compost was is useful and dispose of the rest without worry and without having to drive many miles to a super shredder location. This has been the answer to problem that was shredding my sanity. I love the ease of putting multiple pages through the shredder, the freedom to not worry about staples and the lack of multiple mountains of documents. This is not my first shredder, however; it has proven to be my best &fastest. Great Job!!!
