Reviewing its larger pillow
The straps on the larger pillow are sewn on top of the pillow rather than being uncut and goes through the pillow and sewn where they go in and out to make it more durable. My son have a gaming chair for 2 years now and the straps are still connected to the pillow. This one gets disconnected barely a month since its purchase.

Excellent but absurd shipping cost
Bought it for the colour combination as cannot be found elsewhere and was surprised to find it very effective in relaxing my back while sitting long hours of work. I love it and would rate it a 5 if not for its small wheels that make it somewhat not easy to roll. It also will not raise high enough and i find it too low, may not be comfortable for someone taller than 5'7". Delivery was excellent and assembly straightforward. The lift chamber and wheels are too small for its tall seat and large wheel base.

is it realy good
i Buy my chair at: The Brick in 2020/05, the foam where you sit get slim fast. And now 2020/11 the cinder don't stay up for a full day and that is event if no one sit on it, it go down. For the prize of the chair i was expected more quality from it.
